What We're Looking For:
Copywriter, Digital Marketing
As a copywriter with the DCOE team, you'll work alongside the digital marketing team, developers, and designers to create and maintain editorial content. This content will be leveraged to drive new customer acquisition and existing customer adoption. This content will be a key driver in the growth of the digital marketing program - expanding organic search rankings and traffic, featuring as email marketing landing destinations, and leveraged in other digital media tactics. You'll be responsible for creating award-winning web copy while adhering to messaging guidelines and best practices for all products and developing all written elements throughout a given project.
What You'll Do:
Work directly with various stakeholders - SEO and marketing and communications teams, among others - to produce editorial content, UX copy, and other pieces as needed
Contribute to the authority and authenticity of editorial content with a focus on driving traffic and acquisition
Maintain accurate, up-to-date editorial calendars and copy files; track messaging feedback (from stakeholders and legal reviewers)
Produce concepts and copy that are inspired, fresh and engaging
What You'll Need:
1-2 years of copywriting experience in an agency or editorial team setting
Expert knowledge of the English language
Impeccable attention to detail
Agility and flexibility to adapt to changing requests in a fast-paced environment, and ability to track jobs over time
Working knowledge of how to carry voice across various platforms to speak to different audiences
Knowledgeable about content marketing strategy and best practices
Up to date on SEO best practices and keyword/topic research
A creative spirit, with the ability to create and execute on new content ideas
Experience working with a CMS (i.e Wordpress) and building content
Knowledge of the telecommunications industry (i.e. television, internet, mobile)
Basic HTML skills
Basic image editing skills (i.e. Photoshop)
