As the Content Distribution Admin for Roku's Content Distribution (CD) department, you will use your superior attention to detail as you provide critical support to our team.
Our ideal candidate has previous experience working with salesforce.com, managing and interpreting contracts, and supporting other corporate administrative matters for a public company.
Collaborate with the CD team and various organizations within Roku to support content distribution activities.
Track and tag CD documents in salesforce.com; collaborate with business operations to continue to improve contract formation and tracking process.
Work with finance teams as needed to support internal controls relating to revenue recognition activities, billing and reporting, and compliance with Roku contract policies.
Provide assistance with various corporate matters, as needed, including organization and tracking of various CD agreements, records and policies.
Summarize CD deal terms for other internal teams in collaboration with the legal team.
Perform ad hoc analysis for CD, finance, and legal teams.
Potentially manage deal pipeline and status.
Experience managing documents using Salesforce.com as your primary tool.
Experience with legal and CD negotiation processes.
Demonstrably strong organizational and analytical skills.
Keen attention to detail, with an ability to spot errors.
Ability and willingness to get involved with other corporate projects.
Excellent writing skills.
Ability to work with varying seniority levels, including staff, managers and external partners.
