This position leads content development to reach departmental objectives for all campaign, evergreen and opportunistic digital content for the Global Corporate Marketing team. This critical
leadership role oversees the day to day creation and execution of content, ensuring all assets developed internally and externally are in keeping with brand, content and technical standards, allowing broad opportunities for distribution and consumer engagement. This position sets content development priorities, working in close collaboration with the Digital Content Manager.
Manage internal and external content creation to provide high quality content solutions
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and agencies to accomplish goals
Oversee existing and develop new relationships with creative partners, agencies, vendors and freelancers to create assets (video, photo, animation, etc.)
Set content creation goals and develop strategies to achieve them. Assess and prioritize content needs and resource requirements across channels
Lead all external and internal digital photography and video shoots on behalf of the marketing team
Develop and direct creative executions, both conceptual and tactical, for all corporate projects
Responsible for developing art direction, typography and brand standards for corporate campaigns, including articulating photography, storytelling and activation concepts for pitchbacks, prototypes and installations
BA in Graphic Design, Digital Arts, Fine Arts or related field.
3 years of creative team leadership experience (combination of copy and visual design) for a variety of digital platforms, preferably in an agency setting.
5 years of total experience in the creative field, preferably web-based graphic design, interactive design or art direction.
Superior proofreading and organization skills, with utmost attention to detail.
Strong project management experience, with a proven track record of success
Solid understanding of digital channels, digital media and consumer engagement principles
Experience with photography/video production, editing, animation and motion graphics
Able to develop and execute a creative approach to break through the 'noise' of competitive communication channels
Experience with: Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
