The Content Creator/Copywriter is responsible for researching, preparing, writing, and editing content for various platforms, including white papers, case studies, presentations, brochures, emails, and video scripts. This role involves applying a journalistic writing style for articles, sourcing, writing, and editing executive team interviews, and creating sales collateral from a perspective of business to business marketing. Additionally, experience in writing content for training documents is required. Experience in sourcing keywords and terms to support SEO and the customer journey is preferred. The Content Writer/Copywriter must also adhere to SEO best practices.Creative content is designed for a variety of audiences including but not limited to Caliber leadership, internal and external stakeholders, and strategic client accounts.

This is an individual contributor role for a person who is passionate about building & creating! Hybrid position.

Role and Responsibilities

Content Creation and Strategy:

  • Develop compelling B2B content for white papers, presentations, LinkedIn, and other platforms to support sales enablement.

  • Create high-impact content in collaboration with sales and key executives to drive brand and solution awareness, with an emphasis on developing thought leadership and sales assets.

  • Ensure all sales enablement materials and content are aligned with sales enablement strategies and maintain the highest quality and clarity.

Research and Analysis:

  • Gather and analyze industry trends to inform the development of original and engaging content.

  • Research clients and their target audiences to craft creative messaging that addresses business challenges and competitor strategies.

Storytelling and Communication:

  • Demonstrate masterful storytelling in creating original content for executive-level, client-facing, and external-facing materials.

  • Simplify complex information concisely for varying stakeholders, whether in written or visual formats.

Content Management:

  • Oversee the full content life cycle, from ideation, planning, and development to publication, distribution, and post-publication maintenance and analysis.

  • Manage and execute a wide range of informational materials, including presentations, emails, and collateral for external and internal audiences.

Sales Enablement Support:

  • Assess information, timing, and context of messaging to help the Strategic Accounts and field sales team engage clients effectively to achieve strategic imperatives.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing (preferred), communications, or a related field. A combination of training and experience required to develop the required skills and knowledge for the role may be considered in place of formal education

  • Minimum 5 years B2B writing experience, manufacturing experience preferred

  • Proficient in MS Powerpoint

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with various departments

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

  • Enthusiastic, flexible, team player with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision

  • Strong collaboration skills with ability to consult with teammates at all organizational levels
