The Content Coordinator oversees the company's content development taking a systematic approach to producing, distributing and reporting on the success of the content marketing efforts.
Research relevant topics
Manage and maintain a content calendar
Establish & document efficient processes for content production, publication, optimization and repurposing.
Create a systematic approach to content production. Monitor & optimize as needed.
Manage and direct freelance copywriters & designers
Leverage existing content and identify gaps/needs
Provide & analyze regular reporting detailing results of content marketing efforts; recommend improvements
Develop and implement content strategy to promote the company's brand and thought-leadership, ultimately leading to increased traffic and customers
Schedule content through social media tools per the calendar
Promote efforts from marketing campaigns across channels
Manage and monitor Social Media channels and curate relevant content
Research and stay abreast of current trends in commercial real estate and related industries to develop appropriate alerts and content
2-4 years of demonstrated business, marketing and/or public relations writing skills (strength in both creative and technical writing aspects)
Exceptional communication skills and a passion for writing, along with strong customer service, good listening, and ability to work well with others is imperative
Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Advertising or related field
Experience with CMS, PR and Adobe Creative Suite a plus
Exceptional attention to detail
Flexible attitude with proven experience working in a team
Ability to meet and juggle multiple deadlines in extremely fast-paced environment
Critical thinker with proven ability to understand industry concepts and product information and transform into compelling content assets.
You must be analytical and results-driven and be familiar with the tools of online marketing.
