Our client, a multinational software and tech company, needs a Content Coordinator to project manage the execution of digital media campaigns in the SEM, display, and social media channels. Youll use your project management expertise to coordinate with various stakeholders to handle the details of multiple digital campaigns and keep them on track. With your skill in balancing multiple priorities combined with your deadline-driven mindset, youre ready to drive these paid media campaigns!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Execute digital media campaigns in the SEM, display, social media, and affiliate media channels.
  • Drive online traffic/revenue by leveraging and building compelling offers and promotions that ultimately convert traffic to sales.
  • Drive and monitor execution of paid digital media campaigns, including consolidating assets and feedback from multiple stakeholders and project management throughout the execution phase.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to gather information, develop campaign briefs, and run campaigns.
  • Maintain historical reporting and creative content from previous campaigns.
  • Monitor schedules to ensure team stays on track with timing on all campaigns.
  • Work with in-house media team on delivering marketing assets.


  • 2 to 3 years of project coordination/project management experience required.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field required.
  • Previous experience working in a matrixed environment while juggling multiple stakeholders required.
  • Previous experience with coordinating marketing and digital media efforts.
  • Able to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, across organizational levels and with multiple stakeholders.
  • Able to assess and balance multiple business priorities and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
  • Previous digital media execution experience is preferred but not required.
  • Great attention to detail.
