The role of Content Administrator and Producer for Healthcare Subscriptions is a key role in the healthcare subscription business. As a member of the content development team, the content administrator/producer will work closely with videographers and subject matter experts to turn concepts into content that is deliverable via our e-learning platform. This individual will have responsibility for contribution in three primary ways: developing new content for existing channels, maintaining integrity and accuracy of existing content, and creating content for new channels as they are developed.

Responsibilities:

  • Development of new content in existing channels.

  • Manage the content development pipeline to meet determined stage gates and deadlines.

  • Work with subject matter experts and other relevant stakeholders to determine educational objectives and outcomes, producing content in format required for subscription platform.

  • Design and develop engaging content and interactive learning for an adult learning environment.

  • Liaise with other content developers to ensure consistency.

  • Coordinate with videographer on development of scripts and production of videos.

  • Develop and maintain a rigorous annual review process for all channels, ensuring all content is relevant, up to date and reflects current leading practices.

  • Conduct research into each topic, collaborating with SMEs to update existing content.

  • Maintain "Push Content Library" for use by Learning Navigators.

  • Establish and execute schedule and process for annual content review and refresh.

  • Develop content for new channels- either directly writing or in collaboration with SMEs.

  • Manage the content development pipeline to meet determined stage gates and deadlines.

  • Work with SMEs and other relevant stakeholders to determine educational objectives and outcomes, producing content in format required for subscription platform.

  • Design and develop engaging content and interactive learning for an adult learning environment.

  • Liaise with other content developers to ensure consistency.

  • Coordinate with videographer on development of scripts and production of videos.

  • Adhere to predetermined design and development timelines and budgets.

  • Adhere to Huron I Studer Group Style Guide and content management system best practices.

  • Follow external standards as applicable, such as domain area competencies and bodies of knowledge, equivalency standards, and requirements for continuing professional education credits.

  • Maintain knowledge of current and emerging trends and practices in instructional/content design and adult learning .

  • Edit, proofread, and improve written content.

  • Report status of development on a weekly basis.

  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of SG and HH intellectual capital / thought leadership to incorporate into subscription products as appropriate.

  • Report monthly on deliverables and plans for the coming month.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelors Degree

  • Minimum o f three years' experience in project management and content creation

  • Well developed creative and critical thinking skills to devise solutions

  • Demonstrate performance driven, self-motivated, results driven attitude when working independently

  • Demonstrate excellent phone, written, chat/IM, email and in person business communication skills

Preferred:

  • Hospital or healthcare experience

  • Navigate, propose solutions and resolve problems between people, process and technology

  • WordPress website maintenance preferred

  • Ability to multi-task in a faced paced environment

  • Superior skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint required
