Dignity Health Medical Group is the employed physician group of Dignity Health Arizona. Dignity Health Medical Group (DHMG) employs approximately 200 providers and 500 support staff that cover a wide variety of specialties. The medical group has had tremendous success over the past few years and now provides more than 73 subspecialty services.

The physicians provide clinical services in their areas of specialty and many serve in pivotal academic, research and leadership roles.

DHMG is also heavily involved in preparing tomorrow's healthcare providers. DHMG has 84 medical school students and approximately 200 residents and fellows throughout the 25 academic programs.

Clinical services are complemented with translational and bench research to augment medical education for residents and students.

Responsibilities

SUMMARY - The Contact Center Triage RN is responsible for knowing his/her professional scope of practice as defined by the Businessand Professional Code and for satisfactorily completing the Dignity Health Medical Foundation orientation period that includesdemonstrating skills and behaviors that meet a fully competent level of performance. The Contact Center Triage RN is responsible forproviding telephonic clinical assessment, health education and utilization management services to a variety of patients.

Qualifications

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Associates degree

Greater than two (2)+ years of RN experience

Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing

Resuscitation level certificate as appropriate to assigned department

Communication, Team building, Clinical competency pursuant to department requirements

Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification (CPR)

Must be able to obtain a registered nurse license without restrictions in all states providing services that may include Arizona, California, AND Nevada within 3 months of hire.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

Current, unrestricted registered nurse license in Arizona, California, AND Nevada

Greater than two years of RN experience in ambulatory care/clinic/call center or acute care facility within the last five (5) years

Bi-lingual, Leadership, Proficient with MS Office programs
