PetSmart PetsHotel Reservation Center is seeking an experienced Corporate Trainer with energy, enthusiasm, and passion for developing people. This Trainer will have strong platform skills that inspire and motive trainees and a desire to be part of building and maintaining new training programs within the call center.
Under the direction of the Training Manager, the Trainer is responsible for using their skills, knowledge and positive attitude for training, facilitation, and coaching on customer service, sales, PetSmart systems and services. The trainer also promotes teamwork and demonstrates the highest ethical standards in the workplace.
The successful candidate will be a professional, high-performing individual who takes pride in performing top-quality work with a team-oriented, customer service mindset.

Experience: 2-3 years minimum
