Job Title: Contact Center Specialist
Dept: Contact Center
Reports to: Call Center Operations Manager
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m.5:30 p.m.
As a Contact Center Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to use your interpersonal skills and relationship-building talent to respond to member inquiries received by phone, e-mail, and transfers from other departments. You'll also have the opportunity to use your detail orientation, technical skills, and problem solving abilities as you perform account maintenance, investigate and resolve member issues, and stay up to date with changes in products and services.
The contributions you can anticipate making:
Creating a positive impression and building relationships with our members as you respond to their calls, secured messages, e-mails, and other electronic requests.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge on all of our products and services so you may provide the members with accurate answers to their inquiries and, when appropriate, educate them about products and services that would be beneficial to them.
Resolving member concerns or problems in a timely manner and performing account maintenance.
Presenting your ideas for how we may improve efficiencies, increase revenue, and reduce expenses.

Experience: Three years of financial institution experience in a customer service oriented position, or call center experience.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
