Job Title: Contact Center Specialist

Dept: Contact Center

Reports to: Call Center Operations Manager

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m.5:30 p.m.

Your impact:

As a Contact Center Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to use your interpersonal skills and relationship-building talent to respond to member inquiries received by phone, e-mail, and transfers from other departments. You'll also have the opportunity to use your detail orientation, technical skills, and problem solving abilities as you perform account maintenance, investigate and resolve member issues, and stay up to date with changes in products and services.

The contributions you can anticipate making:

Creating a positive impression and building relationships with our members as you respond to their calls, secured messages, e-mails, and other electronic requests.

Maintaining up-to-date knowledge on all of our products and services so you may provide the members with accurate answers to their inquiries and, when appropriate, educate them about products and services that would be beneficial to them.

Resolving member concerns or problems in a timely manner and performing account maintenance.

Presenting your ideas for how we may improve efficiencies, increase revenue, and reduce expenses.

The position may require some travelling. 2019-01-01 Professionals ( > 2 years of work experience) Tasks: Typical duties/responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: * Responsible for delivering talent processes with special focus on recruitment and partnering with HR leadership and business leaders to understand current talent challenges. * Perform strategic activities in relation to integrated talent management. * Act as internal talent broker and change agent to facilitate cross-organizational moves. * Responsible for search within external talent pool and the internal ABB talent pools to ensure internal career and development opportunities. * Use data-based evidence to address hiring manager expectations about the labor market and recruiting process. * Prepare a list of potential candidates and initiate discussions with current line managers. * Ensure quality of posting and create short lists. * Responsible for the candidate communication, interviews, assessments, and reference checks. * Provide feedback and coaching to the interviewed/assessed internal/external candidates in accordance with local practice and laws. * Effectively partner with the GBS team to ensure all coordination with candidates/hiring managers run smoothly and efficiently (job posting, candidate scheduling, job offer processing, etc.). * Conclude the selection process with the manager and the candidate, incl. offer negotiations. * Liaise with HRBP/line managers to gain insight into the short/mid/long term business needs. * Recommend continuous improvement to practices, processes, and policies to advance the Talent function. * Educating the business on the Talent function and process. Requirements: Basic Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience with full life-cycle recruiting including job brief, developing sourcing/marketing plan, candidate outreach and development, offer and close Preferred Qualifications: * Solid experience with talent management/development programs and experience in conducting assessments and providing feedback and/or previous HRBP role experience. * Knowledge of business environment, organizational structure and good understanding of the business strategy and its implications for talent processes. * Desire to keep up to date regarding business and industry trends and implications. * Demonstrated success with various recruiting strategies and techniques. * Understanding of succession planning programs and methodologies. * Knowledge of local legislation regarding recruitment and employment requirements. * Knowledge of CRM tool and experience leveraging the tool to source candidates as well as manage relationships. * Solid English written and oral langue skills, and other local language as required. * Excellent customer and service orientation. * Proven consulting and initiating competencies. * Strong results orientation with the ability to multi-task. * Ability to work across cultures. * Good conceptual and analytical thinking. * Highly developed communication, sales and advising skills. * Flexible. * Effectively working within a team. * High professional HR standards in handling confidential information. * Self-motivated and ability to work independently.
