The diversity of our operations has recently created an opportunity for a Full Time Customer Service Agent located at our Enfield, CT offices.

Accountabilities:

  • Problem-solver and easily connect with customers

  • Exceed customers expectations with your guidance, knowledge, and real passion for fashion

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively prioritize and manage your time

  • Multitask across applications to resolve a variety of complex customer service issues

  • Listen to customers and create solutions that are tailored to each individual customer

  • Provide an incredible customer experience

Additional Information:

  • Hours of operation: 8:00 a.m.-9:00 p.m., 7 days per week

Shifts available:

  • All positions are full-time, either 32 or 40 hours per week, with a consistent schedule.

  • Some flexibility is required for holidays and special events

  • Training: Monday-Friday for 3 weeks

The diversity of our operations has recently created an opportunity for a new Contact Center Team Lead in our Enfield, CT location. The Team Lead will join a best-in-class service department that delivers on Brooks Brothers' goal to provide a concierge level service; ensuring that every customer has an amazing experience every time they contact us. The Contact Center Team Lead acts as a mentor for Agents and is an expert on our products and internal procedures. They work on projects to improve the customer experience, handle challenging customer scenarios, and lead by setting a great example for others every day. The successful candidate will be passionate about innovation, comfortable working directly with customers as well as with internal personnel, and able to adapt their schedule to meet the needs of the business. Accountabilities: * Act as a role model to Agents by demonstrating excellent attendance practices and superior customer service skills * Assist customers through any contact channel * Work on initiatives that are of strategic importance to the Contact Center and subject to change as business needs change * Proactively identify ways to improve systems/processes and implement those solutions * Assist with training Agents Skills/Requirements Preferred Experience & Skills: * Strong time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment * Prior retail sales and/or customer service experience * Ability to learn new skills and technology quickly * Ability to work independently with minimal direction * Patience and a willingness to teach others * Advanced written and verbal communication skills * Willingness to embrace change * Ability to work a flexible schedule as business needs change The Brooks Brothers culture is rooted in our values of relationships, innovation, history, fairness and celebration and our vision to be the premiere lifestyle destination for ladies and gentleman for every generation.
