The diversity of our operations has recently created an opportunity for a Full Time Customer Contact Center Agent located at our Enfield, CT contact center. We are looking for an agent who is a problem-solver and easily connects with customers. The agent will exceed the customers expectations with their guidance, knowledge, and real passion for fashion. The Contact Center Agent will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the abilityto effectively prioritize and manage their time along with the ability to multitask acrossapplications to resolve a variety of complex customer service issues. The Agent will listen to customers and create solutions that are tailored to each individualcustomer remembering the agent is here to provide an incredible customer experience.

Hours of operation: 8:00 a.m.-9:00p.m., 7 days per week.

Shifts available: all positionsare full-time, either 32 or 40 hours per week, with a consistent schedule. Someflexibility is required for holidays and special events.

Training: Monday-Friday for 3weeks.

Accountabilities: * Problem-solver and easily connect with customers * Exceed customers expectations with your guidance, knowledge, and real passion for fashion * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively prioritize and manage your time * Multitask across applications to resolve a variety of complex customer service issues * Listen to customers and create solutions that are tailored to each individual customer * Provide an incredible customer experience Additional Information: Hours of operation: * 8:00 a.m.-9:00 p.m., 7 days per week Shifts available: * Sunday-Thursday, 9:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m * Tuesday-Saturday, 9:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m Some flexibility is required for holidays and specialevents. This position is seasonal, and training will begin on December 17.
