The diversity of our operations has recently created an opportunity for a Full Time Customer Service Agent located at our Enfield, CT offices. A Customer Service Associate with Brooks Brothers innately understands the needs of the consumer and will be able to communicate their personal approach to a successful customer service policy. In addition, the Customer Service Associate's role is unscripted, thus allowing individuals the flexibility necessary to successfully resolve all customer issues without restrictive timelines nor canned verbiage requirements; this approach requires demonstrated patience, empathy, sound judgment and balanced decision-making skills. The successful candidate shall contribute a positive, energetic and organized approach to their role within this highly functioning team. Our Customer Service department provides support to customers 7 days a week, from 8:00am to 9:00pm EST, scheduling flexibility is required.
Listen to the customer's needs and provide the appropriate product and ordering recommendations while maintaining and strengthening the customer relationship.
Demonstrate and provide detailed product knowledge to help solve customers' questions and convert those product inquiries into sales.
Accurately capture, modify and communicate customer orders and requests, initiate credits and transfers, and update customer contact information.
Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Prior retail sales or customer service experience is necessary.
Comfortability with technology and social platforms (i.e. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).
Personable and solution focused with the ability to provide a "concierge" level of service to our valued Brooks Brothers customer.
