In this position, you will act as the primary contact for Rayovac consumer warranty as well as Rayovac products. Duties include: receiving and resolving incoming telephone, written, and electronic communications from consumers; providing product information and assisting with problem resolution, periodically receive product returns, enter paperwork, and respond to consumer emails.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Handle all inbound consumer warranty calls for Rayovac
Resolve written and electronic communications
Process daily Consumer return paperwork in Consumer database
Education and Experience Profile
Excellent telephone and communication skills (both oral and written).
Computer and typing skills averaging 40wpm.
Ability to multi-task.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
You will be working in a normal office environment.
