Consumer Sales Specialist
The Consumer Sales Specialist' primary responsibility is to drive revenue in ESETs Consumer space maximizing sales through the Retail Channel and other Consumer avenues where applicable. The Consumer Sales Specialist will drive overall strategic sales direction for Retail channel. This individual will also manage direct relationships, distribution relationships and third party consulting relationships as necessary to fulfill the company's revenue goals. The Consumer Sales Specialist will also work in conjunction with web marketing and consumer product teams to create new revenue streams and maximixe current sales efforts on the ESET eStore. The successful Consumer Sales Specialist will be skilled in partner management, contract negotiation, profit and loss management, as well as marketing programs through all consumer channels.
Achieve /exceed revenue targets set by the Senior Director, Channel Sales.
Work with e-store team to create a unified selling strategy & promotional calendar for all consumer channels web, retail, channel and direct sales.
Analyze current consumer offerings and work with marketing to test and launch improved consumer products and solutions.
Seek new revenue streams out of retail channel (ie. System Builders,etc.)
Drive the development and execution of a retail channel strategy that meets goals set by the Senior Director, Channel Sales.
Define, develop and manage ESET's retail marketing programs for US Retailers.
Manage quarterly forecasts, inventory recommendations, and price points for all US Retail accounts.
Management of Retail Channel budget.
Negotiate all contract terms for assigned retail and distribution accounts.
Other duties as assigned.
Specific Duties of The Consumer Sales Specialist:
1.Maintain accurate pipeline of business within all consumer channels.
2.Provide monthly sales reports as required by the Senior Director, Channel Sales.
3.Develop yearly business plans with each Retailer where appliable.
4.Develop new retail partnerships within the US.
5.Provide forecast for sell through of units and build recommendations for product delivery to retail channel.
6.Creation of promotional activities plan for Retail Channel.
7.Coordinate Retail selling efforts with web and marketing teams to maximize eStore Sales.
8.Maintain accurate trip reports and expense reports.
9.Ensure Service Level Agreements are in place and being acted upon for each department within ESET as it relates to consumer channel parners.
10. Maintain a positive relationship with all accounts Staff and Executives.
11. Attend all sales meetings and trainings as required.
5+ years selling software to businesses
3-7 years consumer / retail channel management and/or web marketing experience
Excellent presentation skills and business communication skills
Strong consultative selling, time management and organizational skills
Extensive Channel Management, Training and Channel Development Experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
