Support the bank, employees and customers with processingconsumer loans, producing documents and monitoring/follow up after loan iscompleted. Provide excellent partnersupport to all internal depts. and customer facing employees as a critical linkin the Consumer Loan experience.
~Receive approved loans assigned each day and completeprocessing into appropriate document production software.
~Monitor and complete the closing processing guidelines per Underwriterinstructions.
~Prepare accurate loan package and send documents with closing instructions tobank employee.
~Monitor applications, documents and raise any concerns to Underwriter orsupervisor.
~Review completed documents for accuracy and perform any disbursementinstructions.
~Book closed and completed packages.
~Send loan packages to Loan Operations, Imaging or other vendor for finalcompletion.
~Assist Mortgage Processing/Underwriting team as back up resource.
~Respond timely to questions, inquiries and assistance to other depts. and bankemployees
~Other duties may be assigned based on the needs/changes in the dept.
Education, Experienceand Job Skills
Detail orientated to review information and documents foraccuracy
Ability to prioritize and effectively manage time to meet deadlines
Excellent telephone, written, and verbal communication skills
Positive attitude in an open, team environment
Ability to adapt to change and work with others
Proficient in using technology and learn new software, systems
Previous banking experience is preferred
Previous experience with Microsoft Office products, email
Flexible work schedule, typical 8 am 5 pm, but may need Saturdays oradditional hours
High School Diploma, required; Some technical courses or higher educationpreferred
