Consumer Loan Processing Manager - office choice of Fayetteville, Greenville, or Raleigh
The right person for the job will be able to provide management and leadership for the consumer loan processing team. This job requires an ability to ensure compliance is maintained within the department. You should be able to provide leadership and guidance between Association departments as needed. The Consumer Loan Processing Manager will contribute to our business objective of "Serving Our Members & Rural Communities." This position would report to the Loan Processing Manager. This position is not eligible for remote work.
How you will impact AgCarolina Farm Credit:
Manage the consumer loan processing team and associated processes
Ensure compliance with Federal, State and FCA regulations
Oversight of the consumer loan documentation process
Provide support to consumer loan processors as needed to manage pipeline
Provide leadership and serve as liaison between AgFirst Correspondent Lending and Association consumer departments
Partner with Home Loan Manager on consumer lending actions and sales lending as needed
What you need to succeed:
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting or agricultural economics or related fields
At least 7 years of experience in consumer/home lending processing
At least 3 years of management and leadership experience
Self-starter with strong analytical, judgement, and communication (oral and written) skills
Ability to be assertive and decisive in arriving at sound business decisions that serve the best interest of the Association
Capability to handle high stress situations in both a business and professional manner
Computer experience with intermediate skills in Windows, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint
Quick learner, strong problem solver, and adaptable
Work independently under general supervision
Foster and promote a team atmosphere
