Consumer Loan Document Prep Specialist

Indirect Lending Processing Manager
Summary
Prepares consumer loan documents for Retail lenders. Performs various related duties to ensure accuracy and completeness of loan documents. Requires basic knowledge of the Bank's credit policies as well as state and federal laws and regulations pertaining to consumer lending. All other ancillary duties as assigned.

High School Diploma/GED and minimum 2-years prior banking experience.
General knowledge of consumer lending procedures, laws, and regulations
Strong computer proficiency including but not limited to word processing and spreadsheet software programs.
Effective communication skills in both direct and indirect mediums including email and voicemail.
Strong analytical and communication skills both written and verbal.
Prior banking experience with a good understanding of bank products and service with prior loan experience preferred.
Prior experience with Finastra's LaserPro software preferred.
Ability to assess and solve problems.

Perform appropriate analytical actions required to produce consumer loan documents effectively, consistently, and accurately with the correct terms and conditions and ensure they follow company policies and procedures.
Organize time and loan requests to maximize efficiency to deliver documents in a timely manner prior to the requested deadline.
Analyze all loan packages for missing or incomplete documentation.
Communicate effectively with loan officers as needed to complete quality loan documents.
Maintains quality, quantity and accuracy standards as established.
Handle all other duties as assigned.
Aids other department members as needed.

Maintain sufficient knowledge and understanding of the Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering/Anti-Terrorist Financing/PATRIOT Act and OFAC regulations.
