About this position:

Responsible for working with the Indirect Lending, Residential Lending and/or Resource Recovery departments to assist with technology-related projects while collaborating with consumer loan department management, operations staff, and the Information Technology Department. Performs functions of reports and completes reporting at optimum efficiency in compliance with Company policies and applicable regulations. Responsible for enhancing system usage, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and development.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist with implementation of technology-related projects including maintenance, troubleshooting, enhancements, and vendor relations. Collaborate with management to determine project scope, implementation process, and evaluation.

Support in implementing systems enhancements and/or new products/systems to maximize efficiency, improve workflow, and support company growth.

Make recommendations supporting workflow efficiencies to meet loan processing deadlines.

Enhance and maintain department/management reports to assist with strategic planning through data-driven decisions.

Coordinate technology training for department staff.

Participate in industry technology, operations, and product-related networking/learning opportunities.

Education/Certifications/Experience:

Associate degree in business, Finance or related field or equivalent experience preferred

3+ years of experience in a combination of lending, operations, and project management preferred

Skills/Knowledge:

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; comfortable communicating with customers, co-workers, management, and other third parties

Solid problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills; ability to make informed decisions both independently and as part of a team

Proficient with technology. Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook; knowledge of loan origination software

The salary range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00 per hour commensurate with experience and education.

Additional compensation may be earned through the Company's incentive programs, subject to individual and company performance.
