SUMMARY:

Compile and enter information for Home Equity Loan and Personal Loan applications including auto, recreational vehicles, cash-collateral loans and unsecured loans. Order, obtain and review title reports, appraisals and flood reports as well as vehicle titles as needed. Identify and resolve errors and/or discrepancies.

LOCATION:

Consideration for location will be in Wheeling, WV or Ellwood City, PA

CLERICAL SKILLS NEEDED:

Typing skills and knowledge of PC/Word/Excel/Decision Pro/Laser Pro.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Order title reports, appraisal and flood reports on all home equity loan products. Alternate the distribution of title, appraisal and flood orders to applicable markets to ensure satisfactory turn-around time and rotation.

Interact directly with title and appraisal attorneys and vendors. Work to resolution disputes on property reports and appraisals to ensure accurate data on all product/loans.

Review new Indirect Dealership credit applications and data. Input the applications into Decision Pro Application Processing system.

Review accuracy and completion of conditions for documentation received from Banking Center for retail transactions. Track and follow up daily on deficient loan documentation.

Prepare approved loans for closing by calculating and entering all figures and data into document preparation system. Prior to closing, review accuracy of documents and data to ensure loans are properly recorded and serviced. Review title work and check accuracy of names, legal description, liens, easements, restrictions and taxes.

Work closely with other Doc Prep team members to ensure all work is completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Work on special projects as assigned by Consumer Loan Processing Supervisor and AVP or SVP Consumer Lending.

Assist team members as needed; review indirect title report, missing documentation, contact dealers and customers, review real estate title reports, appraisals and follow up on missing documentation.

Prepare modifications, subordinations, and allonges for all real estate secured loans.

Maintain familiarity and understanding of compliance and regulatory changes.

Continually review department function to ensure smooth interaction with Branches, Loan Operations and other internal departments.

Other duties as assigned.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

Banking is a highly regulated industry and you will be expected to acquire and maintain a proficiency in the bank's policies and procedures, and adhere to all laws, rules and regulations that are applicable to your conduct and the work you will be performing. You will also be expected to complete all assigned compliance training in a timely manner.

Ability to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.

Saturday hours required on a rotating basis.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Initiate outbound and receive inbound phone calls relating to the collection of delinquent accounts. Reduce delinquency, prevent repossessions and/or foreclosure, and minimize charge offs/charge downs on assigned accounts. Determine reason for non-payment. Skip Trace on accounts to locate customers for which you have not established phone contact to verify phone number, address, place of employment for the maker and co-maker(s) on the account. Review all bank systems as needed (FIS/Bankway, ISView, Etc.) to determine the scope of the customer relationship as well as facilitate in the collection of the account. Prepare necessary documentation for modifications, extensions and file evaluation. Negotiate payment arrangement with borrower(s). Maintain detailed tracking log on all accounts as you work through the collection process. Process General Ledger and Payment Tickets as applicable when payment is received. Research and resolve billing and/or payment disputes on assigned accounts. Verify "Proof of Insurance" for collateralized loans as needed. Order appraisals when appropriate. Analyze loan/collateral file to make recommendation for appropriate action. Review personal credit and asset reports to make recommendations as to appropriate strategy. Organize and prepare files to be referred for repossession and/or foreclosure. Make appropriate file notations for all correspondence and any other events to Intellect system. Ability to use Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel and Outlook. Ability to research problem situations and recommend appropriate action.
