Consumer Lending Credit Specialist-1905218
The Consumer Lending Credit Specialist/Processor creates and analyzes key business metrics which will help understand and drive the business. The incumbent is responsible for providing reporting, analysis and operational support to Santander's various functions and management and is the go to person for closings, inherent to consumer loan applications ranging to Personal loans/lines, HELOC'S and OLC.
Analysis of workflows to improve quality and lead time, while reducing errors in processes. Prepares and assists with closing document review and document generation.
Prepares and sends out all approved closing agreements. Reviews pipeline trends, productivity, performance. Communicates with internal partners as well as external vendors on a daily basis.
Develops recurring reporting aimed to improve existing processes and identify areas of opportunity. Investigates and answers inquiries/issues regarding index data. Maintains a thorough knowledge and awareness of legal requirements, regulatory environment, and legislative changes.
Presents findings and recommendations to drive efficiency and effectiveness of the sales teams. Provides insightful reporting on key metrics and analytics to drive company goals.
Bachelor's Degree; in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or equivalent field, or equivalent work experience.
0-3 years; Experience in Project management, integration of business processes, and/or products.
