Are you looking to apply your analytical, problem solving and creative skills to deliver innovative and frictionless consumer experiences? Marcus is looking for a product manager to join the growing Product Strategy & Customer Experience team within the consumer banking division. The ideal candidate is extremely resourceful and detail-oriented with prior experience as a product manager on an agile team, collaborating closely with developers to bring digital consumer products and features to market.

This is an opportunity to make an impact in the industry delivering value to the user base through differentiated and curated features. In this role, you will join a team committed to superior consumer experience, operating at a fast-pace to improve and extend the product line.


  • Understand the tech architecture that enables the Marcus business to identify how the platform can be leveraged to deliver best in class customer products

  • Analyze quantitative questions and qualitative user feedback to inform product strategy and pipeline development

  • Research industry trends and features to develop and pitch recommendations for product roadmap

  • Prioritize feature development, build consensus among stakeholders and partner with engineers, product owners and designers to build and ship high-quality experiences

  • Define new features to be built, write user stories and acceptance criteria and groom stories with developers and designers

  • Collaborate with other product managers to ensure cohesiveness of the overall user experience


  • 2 years of experience in computer sciences or development

  • 2+ years of product management experience in a fast paced, agile product development environment

  • Proven analytical skills and problem solving ability paired with meticulous attention to detail

  • Self-motivated and proactive team player who takes ownership of and accountability for projects

  • Passionate team player who enjoys working cross functionally

  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to effectively manage competing priorities

  • Aptitude for building relationships that enable smooth interactions in internal business collaborations

  • Ability to communicate complex issues to a wide array of internal stakeholders

  • Desire to work in a fast paced environment, consistently adhering to strict deadlines and evolving priorities

  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Confluence

  • Bachelors / Undergraduate Degree


  • Technical knowledge (including HTML/CSS/JS/SQL) a plus

  • Product management experience working for a tech or fintech company is preferred

  • Industry exposure to consumer financial services a plus

  • Proficient in Sketch, Jira, Keynote

The team assures that our business delivers AML and KYC strategies to assure our products and our customer base are fully compliant with government regulations, e.g. Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Patriot Act, FINRA, FinCEN. We work closely with our front office product management and field management teams, as well as with our back office compliance and operations teams. We collaborate across these multiple teams to deliver ongoing requirements for reporting and monitoring compliance with regulatory standards. We also plan and implement initiatives that continuously improve the AML/KYC soundness of our products, services and information flow across CCB. Responsibilities: This position will be accountable to design, develop, implement and track specific AML/KYC related process projects and/or changes. Identify problems or needs, and develops solutions or systems with some precedent. Ensures quality and timeliness of results. Prepares standard and ad hoc management reports and presentations for assigned projects, may also present project decks to senior management. Coordinate with Compliance Officers, AML/KYC teams and Chief Admin Office teams on cross-LOB issues. Creation of presentations for project and change management solutions. Qualifications: * 5 years of experience in Financial Services, AML/KYC functions, Project Management or industry experience * Skilled with analyzing root causes of AML/KYC, compliance and risk issues * Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications * Knowledge of key compliance, regulatory & control, risk, legal and risk operational requirement * Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills * Highly organized, can manage multiple projects/requests at one time, and can work across numerous lines of businesses.
