Our awesome client in Santa Clara is looking for an amazing Consumer Insights Manager!

Key Responsibilities: : Provide support for growing business in helping students find jobs : Deeply analyze brand tracker information for insights to help marketing, strategy, and business partners, as well as to support investor narratives : Communicate findings in a way that drives action and internalization of findings at all levels of the organization : Work with our communications department to create compelling original data to directly promote authority on student issues : Provide expert input and guidance across all consumer insights projects, collaborating with other teammates to ensure our team delivers the highest quality studies : Work closely with the user research team in sharing insights across common topics, and to push student-first thinking in our products : In addition to managing, be able to "get your hands dirty" directly conducting research: : Moderating qualitative discussions (Usertesting.com) : Survey programming (Qualtrics) : Data and statistical analyses (Qualtrics, Excel) : Quality assurance checks : Charting and deck creation (Google docs, PowerPoint) : Google/eMarketer searches for specific data points or background information

Qualifications:
: 10+ years of consumer insights experience, preferably with experience in : online services, : educational technology, : online job/career search, : employers/HR/small business : and/or mobile applications.
: MBA or Advanced degree preferred, with an emphasis on behavioral or quantitative research (eg-Psychology, Social Science, Information Science, Operations Research, marketing science or related field.) : Excellent organization and prioritization skills : Demonstrated ability to work effectively, both independently and collaboratively, in an atmosphere of multiple projects and teams.
: Exceptional communication skills - in all modes, email, presentations, face to face, meetings, etc.
: Excellent deck creation skills, with emphasis on building a compelling narrative : Strong analytical skills and exceptional problem-solving abilities.
: Proven track record in quality assurance and data analysis : Hands-on experience with well-known survey and market research tools such as Qualtrics, UserTesting and Survey Monkey a strong plus : Statistical knowledge and experience with Excel, SPSS, R, SAS or other related statistical packages Are you available?

This role will be the head of the team, an accomplished leader looking to expand the function over time.
