Enthusiastically promote the brand by being an ambassador for Carhartt.
Support revenue building strategies achieving/exceeding store sales goals and performance metrics through getting the right product to the right customer at the right time.
Support the Store Manager in the achievement financial and operational objectives with regards to expense control, loss prevention and safety.
Assist store sales associates in providing a world class shopping experience through role-modeling exceptional customer service standards.
Process shipping and receiving, stock location, and inventory by maintaining a well-organized stockroom.
Keep accurate records of inventory movement.
Partner with the Store Manager on the implementation of visual merchandising directives and maintains standards consistent with company brand strategies.
Communicate with Store Manager regarding product mix, trends and needs.
Assists in the creation and maintenance of positive employee relations through building, developing and leading a quality store team.
Supervise sales associates.
Provide a high level of customer service and satisfaction with every customer and sales opportunity.
Fully support the Store Manager and Corporate with all functions and direction as necessary.
Store sales goals and performance metrics are met through the implementation of revenue building strategies.
Inventory levels and stock room will be maintained and well organized meeting Corporate standards.
Required Skills and Experience
1 year of supervisory experience in a retail environment preferred.
Excellent organization, prioritization and communication skills.
Exceptional team and collaboration skills.
Strong PC skills: POS Systems and Microsoft Office.
Moderate Lifting (30-40 lbs.)
