Responsible for supervising and developing a team of mortgage sales consultants in a telephone sales environment, ensuring that production goals and customer needs are met while generating quality loans compliant with company policy and procedure. Duties include any or all of the following: coaching and developing a positive and productive work environment; coordinating and building relationships with business partners; monitoring performance for quality, efficiency and sales improvement opportunities; developing sales and referral skills; creating individual development plans with staff; maintaining adequate staffing level to meet goals; ensuring that regulatory licensure and continuing education requirements are met; identifying risk and making sound recommendations to management; communicating company policy, procedures, and practices. Primary focus is on day-to-day operational execution and sales effectiveness within a small sales force.

This SAFE position has customer contact and job duties which may include the offering/negotiating of terms and/or taking an application for a dwelling secured transaction. As such, this position requires compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and all related regulations. Ongoing employment is contingent upon meeting all such requirements, including acceptable background investigation results. Individuals in a SAFE position also must meet the Loan Originator requirements under Regulation Z (LO)outlined in the job expectations below.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of sales experience
  • 3+ years of customer service experience

  • Outstanding problem solving skills and experience resolving escalated/complex customer issues

Job Expectations

  • This position requires SAFE registration at the time of employment. Wells Fargo will initiate the SAFE registration process immediately after your employment start date. The Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) web site ( ) provides the MU4R questions and registration required for employment in this position.

  • This position requires compliance with all mortgage regulatory requirements and Wells Fargo's compliance policies related to these requirements including acceptable background check investigation results. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening and required reporting of certain incidents.

Salary Information

The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.

You will be a key driver of sales growth through the execution of outbound and inbound phone campaigns across various product areas. As an inside sales professional, you will achieve and exceed annual sales objectives using outbound calling campaigns to introduce or re-introduce Coloplast to end users, troubleshooting product issues to gain end-user acceptance, and promoting the purchase of Coloplast products through the medical products distribution network, in accordance with the end user's insurance provider. Major Areas of Accountability * Execute high volume of outbound/inbound calls to identified end users with the objective of meeting and exceeding set activity and conversion goals * Plan and prioritize sales activities to generate sales volume and meet assigned targets * Partner with field sales representatives in assigned accounts to follow-up on requests and strengthen customer relationships * Communicate with end-users about intimate health care issues and anatomical functions in a mature and professional manner * Maintain a high level of product knowledge, competitive product knowledge and an understanding of market dynamics that may impact sales * Acquire and demonstrate all necessary subject matter expertise to provide responses regarding product application and problem resolution to end-users * Develop a thorough understanding of distribution and reimbursement information for all product areas * Accurately and thoroughly document each end-user profile and interaction in Coloplast CRM systems according to standard department procedures.
