This position will ideally be based in Chicago, with flexibility to be based in Cincinnati.
The internal job title for this role is Lead Bankcard Marketing Analyst.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of various Consumer Credit Card Customer Management strategies in support of the organization's goals and market needs. In addition, you will work cross functionally to develop and launch programs, understand and share results and learnings as well keep a pulse on market trends.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop roll-out and continually optimize winning customer management credit strategies for balance build, spend growth and attrition management initiatives.
Recommend optimal thought based decisions in support of a multi channel approach and monitor performance against expectations.
Act as program manager as needed to ensure optimal execution.
Move quickly to identify, understand, and deliver solutions to address internal or external findings.
Work across multiple functional groups to drive results and deliver on goals.
Effectively prioritize and deliver results concurrently on multiple projects.
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
5+ years of credit card experience, preferably related to customer/account engagement & management
Expert knowledge of the assigned business line and technical marketing skills
Knowledge of product/program development, pricing, implementation and strategic analysis
Working knowledge of basic marketing analytics concepts (break-even analysis, ROI calculation, statistical significance, etc.)
Understanding of how to appropriately leverage all available marketing channels to reach most of the portfolio impact of programs on all channels, especially digital
Application of customer experience knowledge a plus
Strong business acumen
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to collaborate with, present to, and persuade management and across functions
Strong financial and competitive analysis and computer skills
Demonstrated program management and interpersonal skills
Multi channel marketing / consumer management experience
Experience with quantitative marketing and market research techniques
Ability to work in a highly matrixed organization
