The Credit Card Account Management Strategy senior role will be responsible for leading the analytic solutions for portfolio risk management. This role will combine deep knowledge of financial services and advanced analytics to optimize decision making.
Manage Portfolio analytics and monitoring (including PQR and program performances) for Card Account Management Risk, drive and/or align new channel, product and prospect strategies, account and customer treatment optimizations, portfolio and program insights, as well as supporting Retail Services and Dillard portfolios
Quantitative analytics using programming tools (SQL, SAS, Tableau and/or Python, R) to analyze data from a variety of sources to optimize segmentation, portfolio and account management program strategies
Provide insights to senior leadership regarding portfolio and ongoing program performance. Produce and review monthly, quarterly and annual strategy performance reports for senior management
Partner with cross functional teams and internal stakeholders, including Product, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Execution/Implementation
Maintain on-going processes and data updates to ensure data integrity, accuracy and timeliness
Lead/support ad-hoc business analytics as needed
Determine new channel, product, and prospect impacts to account management strategies including development of loss forecasts
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear manner
Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
Knowledge and understanding of databases and data mining techniques
