Job Description:

Responsible for developing strategies and working with Product, Analytics, Marketing, Channel, Legal, Risk and Finance partners to flawlessly execute behavior-driven digital marketing campaigns that promote engagement among existing consumer credit card customers. A successful incumbent will be able to demonstrate how their influence drove key performance indicators including, but not limited to: account activation and usage, digital adoption, Preferred Rewards enrollment and rewards redemption. Additional responsibilities will include conducting product and portfolio analysis to identify untapped engagement opportunities.

Applicant must have a proven history of: being a self-starter, seeing things through, influencing others, challenging the status quo, being adaptable to change, and demonstrating exceptional communication and analytical skills. Knowledge of credit card marketing, the card product suite, and the card rewards experience, as well as key P&L metrics and drivers is beneficial. Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint is strongly desired.

Required Skills:

  • Intellectually curious, analytical mindset with an ability to make data driven decisions that keep the client experience at the forefront

  • Strong expertise in strategy and business case development

  • Demonstrates a high level of initiative and is results oriented

  • Strong knowledge of consumer credit card products

  • Exceptional written, verbal, and communication skills

  • Ability to lead with influence and collaborate across stakeholders

  • Advanced data manipulation skills using Excel and other data manipulation tools

  • Strong program/project management experience

  • Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Skills:

  • Marketing and/or digital channel experience

  • 5+ years product management experience, ideally in financial services

  • MBA preferred

Role entails development, execution and validation of line management strategies for the credit builder and student portfolio. May utilize established databases to provide statistical and financial modeling. Analyzes portfolio trends, concerning risk, loss trends, marketing performance, portfolio dynamics, and bureau scoring criteria.
