The Business Control Office delivers on SunTrust's performance promise by aligning risk identification, assessment, and reporting efforts with strategic objectives. Our holistic approach provides business partners with strategic consultation to support sustainable change focused on sound risk management and the best client and teammate experience.

Within the Business Control Office, the Strategic Enablement team enables greater efficiency and drives continuous improvement across our risk efforts by delivering along our core competencies of: Risk Expertise, Consumer Banking Knowledge, Project Management, Relationship Building, and Talent Management.

The Analyst will be responsible for building out critical frameworks and processes in order to accelerate the operating model of the BCO. The Analyst will support the creation of tools to drive integration across BCOs and Enterprise Risk.

Additionally, the Analyst will be responsible for developing partnerships with business and risk partners to escalate feedback and enable greater efficiency. The Strategic Enablement Analyst enables greater efficiency and drives continuous improvement, supporting the focus and prioritization of risk activities:

  • Assess process significance

  • Support through creation of tools and driving integration across Business Transformation Office and the enterprise

  • Support focus and prioritization of risk activities

  • Policy Interpretation and Enablement

  • Audit, Exam, and Supervisory Support Activities

  • Master Assessment Coverage, Prioritization, and Schedule

  • Assessment and Testing Validation and Quality Review

  • Connection to Consumer transformation teams driving change

  • Champion SunTrust's risk culture

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications (46):

Expert knowledge of the business unit and related industry. Experience on project teams.

Experience managing a segment of the project work. Demonstrated ability to achieve desired results. Strong problem-solving and partnership skills. Professional communications, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

UserTesting is looking for a Sales Enablement Analyst to join the team as an important addition to the fast-growing sales org in Atlanta. This role will report directly to the Sr. Director of Sales Enablement with a focus on building out efficient processes to help scale our global go-to-market strategy. A successful candidate will be a high-energy, hands-on, detail-oriented, with the willingness and desire to learn. Previous Selling experience would also provide an invaluable perspective to this role as well. This analyst will work in a high growth, dynamic, and collaborative environment, partnering closely with Sales, Partner Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success & Services, in all geographic locations. THE ROLE The Sales Enablement Analyst will be responsible for supporting the UserTesting Sales teams (SDR, AE, RSD, Partners, Solutions Consulting), through a strategic, ongoing process that equips them with the tools, resources and skills to make them more efficient, and ultimately improve sales execution and drive revenue for the company. The scope of this role will focus on the three pillars defined and owned by UserTesting Sales Enablement: * Sales Training * Sales Communications & Strategies * Sales Tools & Resources The Sales Enablement Analyst will primarily be responsible for supporting the Sales Onboarding 30-60-90 Day Program, Partner Onboarding, and our Sales and Partner Portals, built within a tool called HighSpot. RESPONSIBILITIES * Sales Onboarding 30-60-90 Day Program: Support the sales onboarding experience for any new-hire in the sales organization. This includes designing an online curriculum and creating content and structure for the courses including a personal (trackable) checklist, sales competency certifications, additional resources, and weekly check-in calls for feedback and ongoing support. * 1-2 Day Sales Graduation Workshop: Own and execute on a scalable in-person sales training for new hires during their first week at the company. This includes pulling together content, presenters, and a learning experience to excites new employees with the great opportunity ahead. * Sales & Partner Enablement Portals and Asset Management: In order to keep information up-to-date and relevant for our fast-paced selling process, the Enablement Portal requires continuous maintenance. This includes the design, creation of assets and pages, and management of all aspects of both the Sales and Partner Portals. * Partner Webinars: Own a bi-weekly Partner Webinar. This includes working cross-functionally to build the curriculum, working with presenters, providing follow-ups, and managing Q&A. * Help sales reps find content and relevant information as needed * Be our sales advocate and liaison to help make sales and our partners as efficient as possible DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS * 1 - 3 years of professional experience - SaaS exposure, Sales and/or Marketing experience preferred. * Excellent written and communication skills * Exposure to our Sales Stack: Salesforce.com, HighSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, DiscoverOrg, etc. * Self-motivated and able to execute on project-based work CULTURAL ATTRIBUTES * Communicator: You possess strong communication skills and enjoy working with management and your associates. * Team-Oriented: You understand how to leverage your resources and company SMEs, and can pull the right people together to help execute on strategic and timely tasks.
