Marketing Oversight Management
Provide marketing tool administrative responsibilities and functionality for the current creative review system of record
AdTrax. Execute AdTrax oversight monitoring and key reporting requirements to ensure proper process is being maintained. Provide insights into training materials for marketers.
Regulatory Matrix Management
Accountable to own and manage any assigned controls to help fulfill the marketing department control agenda as required.
Escalate issues quickly and help drive resolution in a solutions focused environment. Report findings and key learning insights to both marketers and management, following-up as necessary until control gaps are remediated.
Create oversight communications to help guide marketers on proper procedural updates to oversight processes. Help build a library of relevant training materials for easy access.
Ensure work is completed on time and that all requirements are executed according to scope.
Accountable for multiple projects, ensuring user adoption. Manage multiple initiatives to completion under rigorous deadlines in a fast paced and dynamic environment
Contribute to ongoing improvement of internal processes to drive operational efficiencies, and speed to market across projects.
5+ years of marketing/operational experience/ project management experience
Bachelor's degree (preferred) in related areas of job requirements
Knowledge and understanding of key Marketing operational processes (i.e. creative content development) digital tools/technology, controls, vendor management practices, and process/procedures development.
Ability to effectively utilize tools and system technologies to support a process driven environment.
Ability to react to a triage of situational circumstances and the ability to quickly assess, address and contain issues.
Strong sense of urgency and proven ability and desire to learn and recall information quickly, be flexible and think strategically while applying good common sense and practical solutions.
Strong communication skills and ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal form, in a manner that is clear, logical and concise, including the ability to present information in differing degrees of detail and form depending on the audience.
Proven ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail in an ever changing environment.
