Position Summary

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Specialist Master in Sacramento, California and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You'll Do

Manage SAP software advisory, information technology project, and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Manage the overall information technology project strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions.

Select the most relevant SAP tools and techniques to meet specific requirements, and interpret and report on outputs. Overseeing the process of improving the ability to react in a digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Oversee the technology needs of an organization, develop strategies to increase the company's profitability, and design and implement plans to comply with legislation and ensuring business growth.

Manage and lead the information technology project proposal development process; contribute to the advancement of pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.

  • 50% Travel required nationally.

  • Telecommuting permitted.

  • Work location includes various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Requirements

Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.

In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:

  • Working across phases of the Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for solutions for enterprise level clients utilizing SAP S/4 HANA On-Premise;

  • Leading large-scale SAP Order to Cash (O2C) and S/4 HANA Settlement Management implementations across organizations globally, driving program governance, and managing client and stakeholder expectations;

  • Interfacing directly with client stakeholders in process workshops during the design process to gather functional and technical requirements, analyze client requirements, identify business processes, document process flow diagrams, and prepare business blueprint documents using SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) and SAP Document Management System (DMS);

  • Participating in project teams and project delivery, tracking and resolving key issues and risks to budget, scope, and resources by leveraging SAP Activate Methodology, Atlassian Jira, Microsoft (MS) Access and Project, and SAP Portfolio and Project Management (PPM);

  • Leading quality assurance (QA) for client deliverables including Functional Design Documents (FDD), configuration documents, unit and regression testing, and defect resolution per business specifications and agreed timelines by employing HP Quality Center (QC), HP Information Technology Service Management (ITSM), and HP QuickTest Professional;

  • Designing and delivering user manuals and training for solutions to ensure successful implementation, adoption, and maintenance in client environments through use of MS SharePoint, Micro Focus ALM Octane, and Adobe Captivate; and

  • Performing SAP O2C and SAP S4 HANA Settlement Management modules production rollouts and providing post-production Hypercare support and defect resolution utilizing HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and IBM Rational Functional Tester.

Hours: M-F, 40 hours/week;

Annual Salary: $131,175.00 - $218,625.00
