Consulting, Solution Specialist

Position Summary

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Solution Specialist in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You'll Do

Provide SAP software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of big technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Work to improve the ability to react in a digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions.

Design and develop data validation processes, perform data analysis and profiling to identify data gaps using SAP software data quality and data profiling tools to rectify data redundancies and anomalies. Help manage the complexity inherent with technology change, from requirements planning to architecture, testing to deployment, and beyond, helping to link their IT programs to organizational goals, while utilizing SAP modules. Leverage automation, cognitive and science-based techniques to manage data, predict scenarios and prescribe actions.

Transform detailed requirements into a complete, detailed systems design document. Support the creation of interface specifications and call flows for the various components in the design.

• 15% Travel required nationally.

• Telecommuting permitted.

• Work location includes various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 1 year of related work experience in the job offered or in related occupation. Position requires 1 year of related work experience in each of the following:

• Troubleshooting and resolving issues with SAP Netweaver, SAP Process Integration & Process Orchestration (PI/PO), SAP Graphical User Interface (GUI), Business-to-Business (B2B) Integration Cockpit and Windows;

• Working across phases of the Agile Methodology including preparation, go-live and maintenance for the design, development, testing and implementation of solutions for enterprise-level clients, utilizing SAP Netweaver, SAP PI/PO module and SAP ERP Central Component (ECC) Module;

• Translating Business Requirement documents into detailed functional documents and technical documents, user acceptance testing documents, system integration testing documents and workflows leveraging tools, including ServiceDesk and Jira;

• Analyzing and documenting current-state systems, processes, and environments to support project design of future-state & to-be systems, processes and environments using SAP Solution Manager (SolMan);

• Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery and communication of updates to internal and external stakeholders using Jira, Microsoft (MS) Excel, MS Teams, and MS Outlook;

• Creating screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data models, and process models, utilizing, Integration Directory and Runtime workbench in SAP PI/PO, Eclipse, Enterprise Services Repository, and Electronic Document Interchange (EDI) communication; and

• Facilitating requirement gathering, to-be process flow confirmation, design workshops, to-be process flow confirmation, design workshops, and cutover support for client meetings, utilizing Zoom, Slack and MS teams.

Hours: M-F, 40 hours/week;
