Consulting, Senior Solution Specialist

Position Summary

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Senior Solution Specialist in Kansas City, Missouri and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You'll Do

Drive the development of Cloud-based technologies, including data cleansing and conversions, interface design/development, and systems development life cycle. Participate in the delivery of comprehensive network transformation projects; help achieve the most out of existing infrastructure.

Enable end-to-end journey from OnPremise to Cloud, by driving the design and development. Drive various aspects of the full software development life cycle, which includes requirements gathering, application configuration design, business process analysis, scripting, code deployments, enhancement validation, triage of defects and change requests, escalations and urgent issues. Perform assessments of existing information systems and identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities; and estimate time and resources needed for the development work. Transform detailed requirements into a complete, detailed systems design document; support creation of interface specifications and call flows for the various components in the design.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the following:

• Utilizing Salesforce Developer Experience (SFDX), Salesforce Data Loader, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Web Services to perform data cleansing, data conversions, interface design, and interface development;

• Performing aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, application configuration design, business process analysis, scripting, code deployments, enhancement validation, triage of defects and change requests, escalations and urgent issues utilizing Agile Methodology, Salesforce and Apex Programming Language;

• Converting legacy data according to current system's data structure using data warehouse concepts, including Salesforce Data Loader, Salesforce Workbench, Dataloader.io, Data Import Wizard and Salesforce Command Line Interface (CLI);

• Creating technical and functional specifications, including screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data models, process models, and pseudo code, utilizing Salesforce Configurations, Work flows, Lightning Flexi Pages, Aura Components, LWC, Apex Classes, Apex Triggers and Experience Sites;

• Recommending, designing, and implementing Cloud Computing, Managed Cloud, Server Virtualization, and Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions;

• Designing and deploying end-to-end cloud infrastructure using Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud;

• Designing and implementing disaster recovery, storage architecture, and network architecture, utilizing AutoRabit Vault, Ownbackup, Salesforce weekly schedule Data Export and Workbench; and

• Deploying custom developed application, including process design, prototyping, code development and review, unit testing, performance testing, configuration, defect management, production deployment and training, utilizing CI/CD tools Copado, AutoRabit, AzureDevOps, Git, VSCode, Salesforce CLI, and Changesets.
