Position Summary

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Manager in Boise, Idaho and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You'll Do

Manage information technology project SAP software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Manage information technology project and the overall project strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions.

Select the most relevant SAP tools/techniques to meet specific requirements and interpreting and reporting on outputs. Overseeing the process of improving the ability to react in a digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Oversee the technology needs of an organization, develop strategies to increase the company's profitability, and design and implement plans to comply with legislation and ensuring business growth.

Manage information technology project and lead the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.

• 50% Travel required nationally.

• Telecommuting permitted.

• Work location includes various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Requirements

Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.

In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:

• Managing and delivering components of engagements, evaluating client's business, modernizing core systems and reimagining their business with SAP digital solutions, utilizing SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Group Reporting, and Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC);

• Developing integration strategy and architecture recommendations for integrating Heterogeneous systems and applications in the client's landscape;

• Leading large-scale Financial Transformation implementations across organizations globally, driving program governance and managing client and stakeholder expectations;

• Interfacing directly with client stakeholders in process workshops to gather functional and technical requirements, analyze client requirements, identify business processes, document process flow diagrams, and prepare business blueprint documents, utilizing Enterprise Consciousness (EC), Enterprise Value Delivery (EVD), and Financial Transformation Accelerator (FTA);

• Managing project teams and project delivery and tracking and resolving key issues and risks to budget, scope and resources, utilizing Project Management Center (PMC) and dPlan;

• Leading quality assurance (QA) for client deliverables, including unit, integration, and user acceptance (UAT) testing cycles, utilizing Application Lifecycle Management (ALM);

• Utilizing ALM to support and perform unit, integration, and UAT testing to ensure successful design and implementation of project solutions; and

• Performing SAC, Group Reporting, and BPC production rollouts and providing post-production Hypercare support and defect resolution, utilizing PMC, and ALM.

Hours: M-F, 40 hours/week;
