Position Summary

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Manager in Cincinnati, Ohio and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You'll Do

Manage SAP software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Manage the overall information technology project strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions.

Select the most relevant SAP tools/techniques to meet specific requirements and interpreting and reporting on outputs. Overseeing the process of improving the ability to react in a digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Oversee the information technology project needs of an organization, develop strategies to increase the company's profitability, and design and implement plans to comply with legislation and ensuring business growth.

Manage and lead the information technology projects proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.

Requirements

Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.

In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:

• Managing and delivering components of engagements, evaluating client's business, modernizing core systems and reimagining their business with SAP digital solutions, utilizing program management tools, solution fit or gap and TCO or ROI tools;

• Working across phases of the SDLC, including requirement gathering, design, implementation, testing and deployment for solutions for enterprise-level clients, utilizing SAP ASAP methodology or Active methodology;

• Leading large-scale SAP implementations across organizations globally, driving program governance and managing client and stakeholder expectations;

• Interfacing directly with client stakeholders in process workshops to gather functional and technical requirements, analyze client requirements, identify business processes, document process flow diagrams, and prepare business blueprint documents, utilizing story mapping, use case, as is or to be, mockups, brainstorming, functional decomposition, and prototyping techniques;

• Managing project teams and project delivery and tracking and resolving key issues and risks to budget, scope and resources, utilizing MS Project, supporting Waterfall with PMBOK framework;

• Leading quality assurance (QA) for client deliverables, including Requirement Traceability Matrix deliverables, utilizing ALM and spreadsheet models;

• Utilizing ALM to support and perform Unit, Cycle, Regression, Integration, Pay Compare and User Acceptance Testing to ensure successful design and implementation of project solutions; and

• Performing SAP Manufacturing (Production Planning), Quality Management and Supply Chain process in production rollouts and providing post-production Hypercare support and defect resolution, utilizing ServiceNow tool.

Hours: M-F, 40 hours/week.
