Job role: SAP Customer Management Module Functional Lead Consultant (Front office Lead)
Key Responsibilities :
To work as SAP S/4HANA Customer Management Module utilities Functional Lead Consultant
Conduct client workshops
Requirement gathering and prepare design documents
System Configuration
Prepare Testing Scenarios and Test Scripts
Prepare Functional Specifications for custom developed functionalities
Identify cutover CMM tasks and provide hypercare support post Go Live
CRM Experience :
Should have 8-12 years of CRM functional implementation experience and atleast one project implementation in the utility industry
Proficiency and experience in SAP CRM technical conversion to S/4 HANA Customer Management .
Should have experience in following areas
Good knowledge in SAP CRM (Sales and Service) and S/4 HANA Customer Management
Good understanding in End to End Process of Utilities Industry
Web Client UI CRM
Interaction Center and Computer Telephone Integration
Should be able to demonstrate comprehensive understanding of CRM / ISU integration
Should have comprehensive knowledge of CRM ISU Data Model
Should have understanding of SAP IS-U modules like Billing, FICA, IDEX and Device Management
