US work authorization required
Huron requires a Bachelor's Degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience managing complex team-based engagements in a research administration, clinical research, healthcare, compliance, and/or consulting field
A minimum of 2 years of relevant managerial experience leading and developing teams
Demonstrated knowledge in Research compliance
Willingness and ability to travel every week (Monday-Thursday) on a 60-80% basis annually; work extended hours as necessary
Business Development experience
Experience in Clinical Research Compliance
Advanced degree in Healthcare Administration/Business Administration (MHA, MPH, and MBA similar) or related field
