The pay rate for this role is $90,000 - $105,000.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Consulting Controller. As the Consulting Controller, you will play a crucial role in overseeing financial operations, managing budgets, and providing strategic financial guidance to both our internal teams, department and clients. Responsibilities:

• Working with client onboarding team and assigned CFOs to identify/understand goals of clients and appropriate accounting work to be performed by Redwitz in pursuit of those goals

• Assigning and overseeing responsibilities of Accounting Manager and Staff Accountant level team-members and coordinating full-cycle accounting processes

• Estimate the monthly number of hours required by each team-member to develop accounting cost budget and manage team to budget. Communication and workshopping of budget with clients.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Must possess a fundamental understanding of all aspects of accounting and be proficient in computerized bookkeeping systems. Experience using QuickBooks, a plus

• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple client accounts

• BA/BS in accounting or finance degree. CPA/CMA preferred

• 5 years bookkeeping/accounting experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Strong organizational, analytical, oral and written communication skills

• Full-cycle accounting experience with Full-cycle accounting Month end close management, and financial reporting
