Qualifications:

Required:

  • Current permanent U.S. work authorization required

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in consulting, finance, higher education, and/or accounting

  • Willingness and ability to travel every week (Monday-Thursday) on a 60-80% basis annually; work extended hours as necessary.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Business strategy, operations/performance improvement, HCM/HR and finance and budget management experience

  • An MBA or other relevant advanced degree

  • Exceptional advanced Excel skills (including modeling and macros)

As part of Huron's Higher Education Strategy & Operations (S&O) practice, you'll be at the forefront of helping institutions across the Higher Education industry turn the challenges of today into the opportunities of tomorrow. You will use innovative problem solving and analytical thinking to help clients shape organizational strategy, improve financial operations, and enhance administrative efficiencies. As an Analyst at Huron, you'll get to play an integral part in accomplishing our goal to help institutions innovate for success and better serve their students, staff, and communities.
