Our team manages projects or leads others managing projects ensuring cross-functional teams work collaboratively and effectively. We oversee initial plans, set budgets, track project activities and communicate milestones to key stakeholders.
In this critical and highly visible role you will manage multiple, large-sized, complex, and global technical software projects within the Data Protection division of Dell EMC
Work extensively with engineering and cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables are met
Evaluate and implement best practice techniques to ensure goals are attained
Maintain an in-depth awareness of industry trends, business conditions, and processes and practices relating to technical project/program management; must influence and manage continuous improvements within job scope
A certified Scrum Master by ScrumAlliance.org with experience in Scrum@scale
Experience as a senior-level program/project manager for an enterprise software organization within the Data Protection space (storage, backup, security, data management, etc.); must have experience leading large project teams
Advanced presentation, communication, and problem solving skills; required to present to all levels of an organization with proven ability to influence others to achieve results
12+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor's degree or 8+ years with a Master's degree or 5+ years with a PhD or equivalent experience
