Strategic planning and initiatives related to the education services portfolio
Portfolio runbook definition and ownership
Portfolio Management scorecard
Continuous improvement of business critical operational processes
Critical operational processes, including: annual planning, operations reviews, roadmap reviews
Internal communications and strategic team engagements
Excellent written/oral communication skills
Proven ability to influence others at all levels of the business
5+ years of program/project management experience
Previous experience developing and maintaining an operations scorecard (KPI establishment, measurement, and reporting)
Improves continuously: anticipates and addresses gaps to prepare for future challenges
