Analyze requirements and deliver functional and technical solutions. Implement products and technologies to meet post-sale customer needs. As a member of the consulting organization, ensure that a quality, integrated software solution is delivered in a timely manner, at budget, and to client's satisfaction. Work closely with client to understand and manage expectations, as well as work closely with Oracle and third-party vendors to ensure delivery. Provide engagement delivery services both as an individual and as a team member. Services include identifying needs, developing, influencing and implementing proposals. Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field followed by 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or in a computer software-related occupation.
Position requires:
1.Industry best practices in the CX (Customer Experience) software space, including sales pipeline, service request resolution, and Oracle Policy Automation;
2.Technology design within the CX product/technology family, including Oracle Business Intelligence Reporting, third party integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud, Application development using Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Services, and Oracle Sales and Oracle Fusion Service;
3.Cloud software implementation methodology, including implementation of Oracle's CX cloud-based software;
4.Development of and leading detailed solutions for moderately complex projects relating to Oracle CX Sales Cloud and CX Service Cloud.
