WellSky is seeking a Consultant I to join our team. As a Consultant, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of our software solutions for clients, ensuring successful deployment, customization, and adoption of the product. You will analyze the client's current state and determine how our software can be leveraged to meet their unique needs. This role requires an understanding of technical functionalities, project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality implementations on time and within budget.
A day in the life!
You will be responsible for the following:
Assist project managers, project teams, and client personnel by taking direction to complete implementation tasks through the lifecycle of the project
Participate in requirements gathering sessions, supporting the analysis of current software workflows, designs and mapping processes.
Attend client meetings to understand their business processes and requirements for implementation
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, offering routine consultation on software customization and configuration
Provide hands-on training to designated client members, with the support of a senior Consultant, guiding them through the software's functionalities and features to ensure proficiency in utilization
Assist in conducting troubleshooting and issue resolution with the guidance of senior Consultants
Process tickets submitted by clients for Managed Services configurations and follow contracted requirements
Do you have what it takes?
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
Previous experience in a healthcare setting
Do you stand above the rest?
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience with CPR+ and/or CareTend
Experience with Home Infusion or Specialty Pharmacy Software
Experience implementing software
