MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES Project Focus Plan and organize all project team resources, expand, and develop Key Performance and Success Measures (KPIs). Build sustained partnership with business to ensure 100% alignment of technology solutions with business needs. Support business in their change management efforts to improve business processes.

Identify stakeholders and effectively drive change into the organization. Ensure all Stakeholders are on board. Maintain exact control over the projects/programs status.

Customer-centric approach in delivering projects in full partnership with service lines Understand (project related) Critical Success Factors for key Domain customers - align activities to ensure successful achievement of these. Understand current and future direction of client and ensure all project needs are addressed appropriately. Risk Management, Reporting and Communications Focus Identify, manage and remediate project/program risks and issues.

Ensure appropriate involvement of project / program Steering Committees including status reporting and resolution of escalated issues. Manage escalations with various internal support groups (e.g. service lines) and external service providers (e.g., BT, HP). Report project / program status through defined PMO/GIS channels. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS / MEASURES OF SUCCESS Manage and lead monthly governance meeting with key client stakeholders Adhere to defined management and delivery processes for IT projects and other Policies relevant to the project scope.

Actively engage in collection and performing of lessons learned to improve knowledge and processes Satisfaction of key customers / stakeholders ROLE REQUIREMENTS At least 8+ years of experience as IT Project Manager with a proven track record of leading IT Process/Service Management Implementation/Optimization projects Demonstrable leadership skills within a global matrix organization Strong outcome-driven mind-set Excellent communication and change management skills Ability to lead global, multicultural, multifunctional teams Jira, Confluence, MS Project expertise Develop and test migration strategies and rollback plans Co-ordination with other technical teams as required Follow ITSM (change management) processes Create project documentation PREFERRED PMP/Prince2 certified IT Infra Knowledge is a plus Experience in Healthcare domain Managed Projects in Waterfall and Agile Model (1.) To perform value addition activities (CIP and SIP) and implement strategies to improve productivity. (2.) To implement Profit Implement Plan (PIP), review Budget vs. Actual Cost and analyse the deviation to plan strategies to reduce deviation through levers like Automation and self-driven initiatives. (3.) To ensure retention of accounts that are due for renewal or maintain high level of customer satisfaction (ACSAT) (4.) To ensure that all responsibilities and project deliverables are completed within SLAs through effective team management and monthly reviews (5.) To ensure generation of an account level EE and EN revenue (6.) To ensure absorption of freshers as per the defined account targets (7.) To identify attrition percentage in accounts and take up initiatives to reduce the same
