Years of experience: 10 +

Domain: Service NOW/ ITOM, ITSM & CMDB

Min 4 to 6 Implementation experience

Knowledge of ER modeling, big data, enterprise data, and physical data models

Familiarity with data modeling software such as Microsoft Visio, or Erwin Data Modeler or azure synapse data modelling

Experience in Service now or has good experience in ITOM, ITSM and CMDB for data modelling.

Knowledge of relational databases and data architecture, including SQL

Excellent presentation, communication, and organizational skills

Strong attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

work with data architects to design and implement our data infrastructure.

Responsible for creating and maintaining data models.

Collaborate with the team to design and build the database model.

Determine the business needs for data reporting requirements.

Understand the client s data migration needs.

Work with the development team to implement the migration. (1.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies (2.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases (3.) To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans. (4.) To independently resolve tickets and esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team. (5.) To provide support for on call escalations orL3 level support and doing incident and problem management (6.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts and conducting interviewsorparticipation in hiring drives.
