Analytics and Problem Solving Navigant's consultants perform critical, value-add work that can directly impact a client's bottom line. Responsibilities may include analyzing transaction data for patterns and anomalies using general reasoning and logic; conducting detailed research, fact finding, and analysis; developing a narrative from research findings and identification of transaction patterns and anomalies; and assisting with research and data gathering activities.
Client Service and Project Management Our employees execute and deliver high quality engagement tasks both independently and in a collaborative setting with a focus on client satisfaction. Our consultants play a lead role in supporting key client projects, ensuring projects are completed in an efficient manner to meet client deadlines.

The successful candidate will have:
An undergraduate degree with an overall GPA of 3.0 or better. Candidates from all disciplines, including the Humanities, are encouraged to apply.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; writing skills are particularly important for this role.
Stellar analytical and research skills.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Project, Access, and Visio is a plus, but not required.
Creative problem-solving ability and a collaborative mindset.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
The ability to quickly learn new skills and subject matter.
The ability to apply newly acquired skills using logic and reasoning to sets of transaction data.
