About The Role
We are involved in complex, global and high-profile litigation, arbitration and investigations combining end-to-end risk advisory, investigative and disputes expertise to deliver holistic solutions for our clients.
FTI Consulting Construction Solutions is a leading global provider of commercial management, risk-based advisory, dispute resolution services and strategic communications counsel on complex projects across all construction and engineering industries.
We are seeking professionals with experience in one or more of the following areas: claims and litigation advisory services, dispute resolution, scheduling, forensic schedule analysis, forensic accounting, productivity analysis, construction management, construction contracts administration, project controls advisory services, project management, construction cost estimating, capital budgeting, and construction contract auditing and/or project auditing.
What You'll Do
Work as part of a team to assist clients through complex issues related to the construction industry. Services provided will include both project advisory support as well as dispute resolution related to large, complex construction projects
Provide analysis and preparation of construction claims, CPM schedules and/or construction cost information
Perform dispute related analyses such as delay, impact, differing site conditions, cost and damage as well as lost productivity analyses
Prepare labor productivity studies
Provide assistance and oversight of large capital projects and programs
Implement or assist with corrective action plans related to the "recovery" of large capital projects
Conduct business process assessments and development of business
Oversee processes for the successful execution and management of large capital projects
Conduct contract compliance audits
How You'll Grow
As a Consultant you will gain experience in communication and presentation skills. You will be involved in presentations and quantitative exhibits for third parties to provide updates and/or present findings. Moreover, you will develop efficiency in maintaining detailed working paper records reflecting assumptions, methodologies, and sources of information employed during the performance of all tasks.

What You Will Need To Succeed
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in engineering, construction management, finance or related field
1+ years of relevant post-graduate experience in the construction industry or a related profession
Proficiency in PC environment, Microsoft Office, and Primavera (P6)
Ability to travel to clients and FTI office(s) as needed
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; the employer will not sponsor applicants for work visas
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in capital projects management, construction claims and critical path method (CPM) scheduling experience
Knowledge of software applications such as Primavera (P6), Microsoft Project, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Power BI, Bluebeam, and Tableau
Ideal candidates will hold one or more of the following certifications: AACE Certified Cost Technician (CCT) or AACE Certified Scheduling Technician (CST)
