Provides technical systems and software support for modification, implementation, or conversion of business systems. Supports the process of translating business needs into formal Business Requirements deliverables. Acts as liaison between business unit and software, hardware developers and vendors. Participates in design, development and implementation of complex applications or systems, often using new technologies. Serves as a fully seasoned, proficient technical resource. Participates as an individual contributor on projects, completing activities as a part of a team related to special initiatives or operations. Routine accountability is for technical knowledge and capabilities, typically as an individual contributor. Often provides oversight and guidance to more junior business and systems analysts. IT degree preferred or substantially equivalent experience. Typically requires a minimum of 5-7 years of applicable experience.

Required skills:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of applicable experience

  • Understanding of COO tasks (resource forecasting, resource maintenance etc)

  • Exposure to financial activities necessary to sustain tech organizations.

Desired Skills:

  • IT degree preferred or substantially equivalent experience

  • Excel Skills (vlookups, conditional formatting, pivot tables etc)

  • Experience of developing basic macros is a plus

  • SharePoint experience will be preferred (creating lists/forms on SP etc)

VIEW JOBS 11/14/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-02-12T00:00 SUMMARY: The Cleans Equipment Technician is responsible for the preventive and corrective maintenance of semiconductor manufacturing and test equipment. The candidate must demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills and work well in a team environment. We are hiring entry to senior level technicians to support Thin Films, Plasma, Wet Process, Metrology, Probe and Photolithography equipment. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Able to improve system performance to achieve process requirements and eliminate repetitive tool break downs * Monitor and analyze all related tool data, make recommendation and improvements to maintenance procedures * Work with engineers to design and execute equipment improvements projects * Able to clearly communicate machine status verbally in daily pass-down meetings * Able to provide clear written communication to engineers and technicians on other shifts QUALIFICATIONS: * Two years (AS) technical degree in electrical, mechanical or chemical engineering, or military electronics training equivalent * 2 to 4 years of related work experience * Strong mechanical and electronic skills * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Demonstrated project management skills (tool upgrades, installation, decommissioning, development), problem solving ability and knowledge of SPC and how it is used and implemented in the manufacturing environment * Candidates must be able to stand/walk up to 12 hours per shift and lift up to 50 lbs as well as be able to wear a respirator and other personal protective equipment (PPE) for possible work handling hazardous materials * Must be willing to work a compressed work week. (Day and night shifts available) * Additional requirements include Basic computer skills, MS Office, strong interpersonal and communications skills, ability to work with minimum supervision in a fast paced manufacturing environment, strong work ethic with verifiable references.
