STRUCTURAL is looking to hire Industrial Chimney Repair Technician to join our team.

Candidates:
Must be willing to travel - this position requires 100% travel
Must be willing to work at high heights
Must have reliable transportation
Must be team, solution, and safety oriented
Should have 2+ years of experience but we will train!
Construction duties include:
Concrete repair
Masonry
Ironwork/Steelwork
Rope Access
Rigging

This position requires extensive travel for extended periods of time. Projects are performed nationwide at Power Plants and other Industrial Facilities. Industrial and Power Plant facility experience is a plus!

Earn up to $35 per hour depending on level of experience.

VIEW JOBS Job DescriptionPurpose:Lead, manage and support Bluegreen Administrative/Sales facilities, facility teams and assigned projects including company personnel, vendors, landlords, contractors, design professionals and consultants, assuring all projects are completed on time and within approved project budgets with scopes at a level of quality consistent with or exceeding established Bluegreen Design Standards.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage operations of the Administrative/Sales facilities and Office Services team members including staff supervision, service work order facilitation, building and preventative maintenance programs, capital programs facility inspections, asset purchases, space planning, mail services and vendor relationships.</li><li>Develop and maintain long term capital and renovation programs for all Administrative/Sales facilities.</li><li>Create and implement department strategic plans and annual individual development and performance goals for department associates.</li><li>Act as a key member of Disaster Recovery Plan at all Administrative/Sales facilities and key contact person for emergency procedures.</li><li>Single point of accountability for assigned projects of the project scope, budget, and schedule.</li><li>Manages project from creation though project closeout including design, contracting, procurement, FF&E, renovation, and construction - including external designers and procurement agents.</li><li>Leads all project efforts with stake holders within the department and other company personnel related to assigned projects.</li><li>Prepares, reviews, and executes contracts, change orders, RFP/RFQ's, pay applications, meeting minutes, inspection reports, letters, schedules, budgets, forecasts, and any other documents or means necessary to fully deliver assigned projects.</li><li>Prepares reporting as required communicating updates to the project's scope, budget and schedule including project forecasts with overall cost to complete projects and schedule guidance.</li><li>Serves as liaison between sales teams, corporate office executives and architects, contractors and other outside agencies; respond to inquiries and provide information concerning construction activities; consult local officials to assure compliance with laws and regulations.</li><li>Manages/Coaches direct reports, delivering performance appraisals, approving employee changes, evaluating/approving career and development actions, approving expenses, as well as training needs.</li><li>Other responsibilities as assigned.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree required.</li><li>7-10 years' Experience in Facilities Management, Architecture, Construction, Renovation, or related field.</li><li>Intermediate to advanced competence with Microsoft Office Suit.</li><li>Intermediate to advanced competence with construction management software.</li><li>Intermediate to advanced competence with Microsoft Project or P6.</li><li>Deadline-oriented, strategic thinking, business-oriented, results-oriented, decision-maker, self-directed and self-starter.</li><li>Assertive, creative, strong analysis, evaluation, and planning capabilities.</li><li>Excellent Communication Skills.</li><li>Strong inter-personal relationship and communication skills to negotiate and obtain desired results, as well as to coach people, to make presentations to be part of executive business meetings, and to interact with interface organizational areas, customers, vendors, etc., team spirit and enthusiastic.</li></ul>EOE StatementOur goal is to improve the quality of work/life by providing equal employment opportunities for all candidates and team members.
