Responsibilities

• Assist in the assembly and construction of various structures and frameworks.
• Perform demolition and site preparation as necessary for construction projects.
• Utilize tools and equipment safely and effectively, including hand and power tools.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisory staff to complete projects on schedule.
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to execute construction tasks accurately.
• Transport and handle materials and supplies to various job sites as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proven experience as a construction worker or similar role.
• Familiarity with a variety of hand and power tools.
• Understanding of construction safety protocols and practices.
• Ability to physically perform the duties of the job, including lifting heavy objects.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
