Career Opening:

Woodruff is looking to add Construction Workers in the Ames, Iowa area. This position will perform demolition work, earthwork and excavations, place and finish concrete, prepare layouts, erect framework for structures, install ceilings and walls, weld, signal operators and perform other construction related tasks.

Woodruff is seeking a goal-driven team player who is a reliable hard worker. Experience working on construction projects is preferred but not required. Woodruff has an in-house training program for candidates who show the desire to learn and develop new skills.

As a member of our construction crew, you will work under the guidance of your foreman, along with others on the team, to construct our buildings and bring the customers' dreams to life. Our foremen average 16 years of experience, so not only do you build the best, you learn from the best!</p><p>Bonus! Earn an additional $2000 your first year. New crew members receive an additional $500 bonus every quarter during their first year of employment with Morton Buildings.
